If they are picking up cash, then we will request their local pay out location.

7. How do I cancel my money transfer?
We will make every effort to serve this request. Although, we can’t guarantee the cancellation until our local payout partner confirms the money has not been paid out to your recipient. If the transfer was already paid, and can’t be cancelled, we will show you the status and state that the cancellation cannot be processed.
8. If I cancel my money transfer, how long will it take to receive my refund?
If your recipient has not yet picked up the money and you wish to cancel, it may take 3-7 business days to receive your refund (depending on your payment method).
